Iberotel Luxor by JAZ

During my stay at Iberotel Luxor, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Ahmed Mostafa , and I must say he was the highlight of my experience. His professionalism, respectful attitude, and genuine courtesy stood out in every interaction. He was always helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure guests were satisfied and comfortable. In a place where service can make all the difference, Mr. Ahmed truly represents what excellent hospitality should look like. I truly appreciate his efforts and would like to thank him for making part of my stay more pleasant. Thank you, Mr. Ahmed – you're a true asset to the hotel.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helped us coordinate airport transfers. The area is close to Luxor and Karnak temple and it was easy for our guides to pick us up. The pool area was beautiful and it right on the Nile which made for gorgeous sunsets and they had a felucca available for a sunset boat ride. The food was standard and they had good vegetarian options which I greatly appreciated.

We stayed there when we went to Egypt for a holiday and actually it was a very good hotel. Location is excellent just looks over Nile river and have services, shops around also not too far from temples. Breakfast was ok pretty much Egyptian as our package included breakfast. We would love to go there again.
