I did not book a hotel room, however, the hotel has a restaurant where I love to eat from time to time. The buffet service is amazing 👏🏽 I will rate the customer service a 4.5 The staff is always at your service to attend to you right from when you walk through the door. The food is delicious and friendly for those who are on any special diet. It is my second visit to the restaurant, and I am looking forward to the third already.

My experience is a one day joy. Starting from the location, which was so easy to find, and the security was nice to direct me to where I am heading to which was the swimming pool☺️☺️☺️. My friends and I had a blast with their service and my favourite would be the chicken suya on stick🤤😊God it was scrumptious, I couldn't get enough of it 😅😅then the pool was neat and beautiful to the eyes. I'll really recommend this hotel if you're wanting to have a fun time with friends or take a deep dive in the water 💯😊

I visited this hotel for a meeting. The staff provided professional and friendly service throughout my time there. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's commitment to accessibility, with well-constructed ramps at various points to accommodate guests with physical impairments. The meeting facilities were excellent, with comfortable seating and good technical setup. The restaurant offered quality food with efficient service, which was perfect during our breaks. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The parking area was spacious and conveniently located, making arrival and departure hassle-free. Overall, even though I only experienced the conference facilities and amenities rather than staying as an overnight guest, I found this hotel to be well-managed with a clear focus on guest satisfaction and disability inclusive.
