My stay here wasn’t planned—it happened because my flight was delayed and the airline booked the hotel for me. The room was a bit old, but it was clean. The bathroom was okay. The food was very good—I had steak for both lunch and dinner. Breakfast also had a good variety of options. As for the staff, I met Fernando, who works at the front desk. I was feeling down because I missed my flight, but Fernando was very kind and helpful. He showed me what I could do in the morning and even arranged a car ride and a tour guide for me to see the Queen’s Palace. That really helped lift my mood. Fernando is a hardworking person with nice vibe. He definitely made my day better.
Great variety for breakfast! Love the spa! You have free access to sauna and hammam when staying at the hotel.
The rooms are okay and they are kept clean. They are probably enough for a couple but it may be somewhat tight. The food is not bad but it's not the best either. You can get by. In the breakfast you have coffee, tea, chocolate in powder, soy milk, a few herbal teas and some 4 or 5 types of juices. There are a few viennoiseries, a cake, yoghurts. There are also boiled eggs, omelets, sautéed vegetables and a few other things. Lunch and dinner usually offer 2 to 3 different salads, rice, vegetables and two main dishes, either meat and chicken or meat and fish. Besides, there drinks and a few desserts. Despite the options, the quality could do with some improvement.. The staff is nice, the location is practical (some 15 minutes on foot from two of the largest hypermarkets in the city: Super U and Carrefour). One tiny (still bothersome) issue is that every other day the card stops working so you have to come back to the reception to reset it. Just go to the reception everytime you go out and get it systematically reset to avoid the hassle.
