We were late arrivals and it was easy to get in and obtain the code for our room. Conveniently located. Clean. Decent shower. Bunk bed was fine for 10-year old. Good value and just what we needed for a quick overnight stay - to break a long journey. For us it was mainly self-service to park, check-in and depart so can't really comment on staff and service. Location gets a high rating as this hotel is really convenient for the main road we were travelling on. It was all easy and straightforward.
The room and late night access was great.. the area in an industrial estate not so great as they start making lots of noise from 6am ! Didn't see any staff so can't comment on service
Would have got 5 stars for ‘Rooms’ but lights didn’t work properly. ‘Location’ was convenient for overnight stay but on a trading estate so not recommended if you want pleasant views …. but we knew that so not complaining!
