I recently checked in at Ibis KL and was truly impressed by the service, especially from Sanggam, the bellboy. He treated me with such respect and attentiveness — as if I were a VIP, even though I'm just an ordinary guest. His professionalism and attitude really stood out. Highly recommend his service. He truly deserves recognition, whether through a promotion or increment. Great customer service ever.
Exceptional service and culinary experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The highlight of the day was definitely the food. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of dishes that were both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Good job!
Warm, friendly and helpful service from all the staffs during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Motorcycle parking is free of charge but limited and available on every parking level inside the hotel premise.
