Ibis Milano Fiera

Wonderful stay here mostly because the room was nice and quiet and clean. The front desk staff was so helpful in helping with the bus and train. Kudos to them just remember this is quite a stance from Milano city center. The bus/train took me an hour. And from the airport also one hour. Or 120$ uber ride. On the plus side there’s a grocery store right next door to buy food. Otherwise great place to stay!

Travelling down to Perusia, this was a one night stop for 8. Handily located just off the main road but not affected by noise. Rooms were clean, well equipped and very large. Breakfast was a little disappointing and chaotic but did the job. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Large gated carpark which was good for us travelling with hot air balloons in trailers.

I booked this hotel because of the “Ibis” name, expecting good service, but from the first night it was a horrible experience. The lady at reception, along with the man assisting her, were extremely rude towards us. On the second day, the toilet door got stuck while I was inside. When my friends went to ask for help, they were told, “We can’t do anything about it.” Should I have slept in the toilet? Only after 20–25 minutes did they agree to break the door, which was both embarrassing and distressing. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I would not recommend staying here even if it was free.
