We had a lovely time at Ibis. Rooms were clean and stocked every day. Service was fab and friendly. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Pool was good. It's near market and beach. Also for us good parking as we hired a car.
We have been staying in this hotel for a seven days. The hotel team are very kind and loyal, the dishes are delicious. And room is so clean. I will be back to there)
Came for a few days to Phuket for work, Ibis hotel is a promoter against child sex which we know is rife in Thailand, let alone everywhere else. For this reason I would always go back if needing a basic yet clean and affordable place to stay. About 200m from the beach and in the hub of Phuket. I didn't have too many issues with noise but my colleagues did - to each their own I guess. You can hear people walking up and down the passageway and some will inadvertently knock on your door, thinking the room is theirs or that they know someone there. Difficult to call reception if needed. Restaurant on site that is open for selected times and at an extra cost
