We were here 3 nights on an EF tour. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff at breakfast was friendly. The beds are hard, not very comfortable. The carpet in our room was badly stained. Another room in our group was really smelly. There is a nice restaurant/bar but it's understaffed. The poor bartender does his/her best but can't keep up. The rooms had shampoo, soap, hair dryer & coffee pot. There is a nice coffee machine in the lobby as well as breakfast.

Obviously biased about the location. Made a mistake to book a tour to Paris and this was our first hotel. You need about a 50 minute ride to the city and have to walk another 30 minute walk at least to reach touristy places. Weirdly enough, no noise coming from outside, but inside is a scene from How I met your mother season 2 episode 5. Lily having Lithuanian neighbor -everything's out there. Had to change my key every time for elevator&room access -yes even on first attempt. Receptionists are nice. Room doesn't look nor smell clean. Pillows are like two hand towels tucked into one sheet. Might be a good spot if you miss your flight because desperate times calls for desperate measures

If I could I would give this hotel zero stars. Front desk staff very rude. Check-in staff accused my family of stealing coffee from the lobby automatic coffee machine that was turned on but had no signage. Our hotel shuttle driver showed my daughter how to use it, then front desk yelled at her and husband telling them it was for staff only. She said we would be charged for the coffee we had stolen. Again there was no signage and other guest were using the coffee machine. Not a very good first impression. Thought rudeness was just the day staff, but no every front desk encounter was the same. First time in Paris and was asked about transportation was absolutely no help. Also our room had huge stains on the carpet and was very dirty. Thank goodness we’re only here two days. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
