Ibis Saigon Airport

I had a brief but pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. Although I didn’t have much time to spend at the hotel, I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — it was offered without me even asking, which was a lovely surprise. There was a free airport shuttle service, which was very convenient. The hotel is located very close to the airport, making it the perfect choice for short stays or transit. One small downside: I wasn’t informed where to redeem my welcome drink, and since I was short on time, I missed the chance to enjoy it. But overall, the experience was excellent.

Stayed at Ibis Saigon Airport for 2 nights and was genuinely impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It’s a great choice for a short stay, and the breakfast was outstanding for an Ibis far above typical standards. As a Platinum member, I received a generous upgrade to an apartment, which was a fantastic surprise and much appreciated. The only downside was the AC, which was pretty weak and took its time to cool the room properly. Still, thanks to the GM for running a property that gets everything else right. Overall, highly recommended, and would happily stay again.

Thank goodness for this hotel, it was our saving grace during a one night stop over before heading home. Excellent staff, excellent location, excellent rooms. Suitable for families and anyone who wants a safe and clean place to stay. Thank you so much for accommodating us at last minute after evacuating our previous unsuitable hotel. You are amazing!
