ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport

We stayed here upon arrival and before leaving Korea. It is a 5 minute shuttle from Terminal 2 of ICN. The service is fantastic with staff that speak fluent English (there were a bunch of Chinese flight crew staying there as well, so they may speak other languages too). The hotel is modern and clean with decent buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that is cheaper than most any other breakfast in Korea. The beds are really comfortable with a/c, duvets, and 2 pillows each (of different firmness). We loved that there is an option for having 3 double beds so that each person in our family could get some good rest without contending with someone else tossing and turning. It is a little noisy since the hotel is right next to the airport, but they provide complimentary ear plugs. Honestly, once asleep, it is really not an issue. There isn't anything nearby, but that is fine since it is really just a stop off point before the next destination. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, great experience - room is tidy, front desk is nice, 24hour gym, every half an hour during the day there is shuttle bus between departure terminals and the hotel. There is a convenient store inside and you can get some Korean snacks. However, they don’t offer free tooth kits, which we understand that it is an environmental friendly hotel. Just a reminder that you need to bring your own toothbrush (you can also get it in the convenient store). The internet speed is a bit slow.

Even better, they operate separate shuttles for Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, eliminating the need to wait outside in the early hours. Overall, it’s a reliable and traveler-friendly choice for those transiting through the area.
