All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The reception staff and cleaning staff were so good and the breakfast staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast itself was a wide variety of delicious food, and was replaced before it ran out. The table was set before you came back with your breakfast no matter where you chose. Lovely room in a nice and convenient area with good facilities. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were the highlight of this hotel. All of them were so lovely and accommodating. No ask was too big or small. I haven’t received service like it without paying a premium! The breakfast was well stocked, tasty and they had a good selection. The staff at breakfast were very on top of things, constantly cleaning and topping the food up. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. (My only suggestion is to add another coffee machine for breakfast!).

The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are modern, clean, spacious and well-designed, the beds are comfortable and have proper pillows, and the food is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of a metro station and the public transport is cheap and easy to use. It was a quick hop on the metro to see the sights. All our needs were met. In short, this hotel punches above its weight and is great value for money. After our stay at this hotel, we travelled to Rhodes, where we stayed in a supposedly 5-star hotel that could not measure up to Ibis Styles Athens Routes. The contrast in quality and service was stark, and that hotel will get a very different review to this one. We would recommend Ibis Styles Athens Routes to anyone planning on visiting Athens.
