The rooms is spacious with the pool view. The bed is a bit soft. The air conditioner is cold. The service is quite fast and the staff is friendly as I keep asking to bring stuff several times. I like the sofa as it can be an additional bed. The only thing that make me not happy is there is no lift.
Visiting Bali Island back to year 2009. Staying on this4 star hotel are great. Only with short walking distance to the famous Legian beach. The breakfast served by hotel was great.
An Accor Member, hence staying here on budget for the Status Nights. The hotel itself is pretty old, and thus the rooms are pretty old too. They don't have new towels, pretty much towels thst are like super well used. The staff are super friendly, and the breakfast buffet is pretty good! If you are coming for a super nice room, don't come here, but if you are on a budget and can rough it out, and just enjoy the pool, and other amenities, it's pretty good deal for what you are paying! The staff are friendly, and try and help with what they can, and also there are no lifts, so make sure if you can't walk up stairs, ask them for a lower floor room.
