Big thanks for Mba Silvi if I'm not mistaken for the name. She is very helpful and kind. She helped me with the breakfast in the restaurant. Big appreciation for her 🥰 and I love the room, it's nice and comfortable. The hotel environment is also nice. I can just walk if I need anything from Mr DIY or Indomart. It's a good hotel in a perfect location
Strategic location, not really crowded inside. Need some improve on meals for 4 star hotel indeed.
Strategic location. Room is well-maintained. We requested additional towel and unfortunately it comes with unpleasant smoke odor (we were staying in a non-smoking room so the smell is distinct). The fnb definitely have room for improvement. Visited the restaurant at night for dinner, the front desk didn't greet us. The food tastes bland, both in the restaurant and in-room dining. I really hope they can develop the menu better in the future so the guest can have better dining experience.
