The hotel is new, the rooms are the same as the photos they publish, very clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast. The people work there are very friendly and really helpful.
We had a wonderful experience at the Promenade. Every staff member I encountered, from the kitchen to the reception to the cleaning staff was pleasant and eager to help! Thank you! I would definitely send a friend there.
Everything would have been great if our room didn’t have black mold growing all over it. Around a 15 minute walk to downtown and breakfast was alright.
