I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was easy to locate. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Despite ongoing renovations, my stay remained unaffected.​ The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. However, being near the elevator, I occasionally experienced noise from guests talking loudly in the corridor.​ Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering fresh fruits, juices, eggs, and pastries. The kitchen/waiter staff were all very pleasant and friendly, enhancing the morning experience.​ One area for improvement is the provision of complimentary bottled water, as tap water wasn't an option. I had to purchase a bottle for BRL 10, which seemed overpriced.​ Overall, the hotel's comfortable accommodations and attentive staff made for a satisfying stay.

When I booked it had no mention that I would need to pay the parking lot as a separate bill. When I arrived the front desk attendant validated my parking lot, and said that I did not need to pay for the stay. However on next check out the lady on the desk charged me, although I explained to her that the parking ticket was already validated. I felt very disappointed, and not because of the price, but because I felt stolen.

Hotel out of ibis standard, dirty, dont recommend and I don't know how they let this hotel unit work this way.
