This year we wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a romantic dinner and a visit to the SPA. A thermal complex has recently opened next to the Ibis hotel, for a complete sense of rest and relaxation from visiting water procedures, we decided to check into the hotel for 1 day. We booked a room with breakfast on the online marketplace website, were able to apply bonuses, and the room became cheaper by about 1,500 rubles. When visiting the SPA, there is a discount for visitors staying at the hotel. Our discount was 4,000 rubles for two, plus unlimited use of the thermal complex. We chose a standard room with buffet breakfasts, I asked for one on a high floor. The room is small, comfortable for two adults. I really liked the view from the window. Our room 507 on the 5th floor overlooked Lesoparkovaya Street with its heavy traffic (it is better to close the windows, the hotel has good air conditioning), but since there is a pine forest across the road, you can see the tops of the trees through the window, it feels like you are living in a forest. The design is cosmic, futuristic. The solution with the sink is non-standard, interesting. But when you wash your hands, drops splash beyond the "ship" into outer space. The bed is large and comfortable. There is a kettle, no tea, but you can take tea bags from the reception on the 1st floor. There is free parking for hotel guests. Water in the cooler on the floor, the mini-bar refrigerator is empty, but it works. When visiting the SPA, there are some features that we were not told about when checking into the hotel and when I called the thermal complex in advance. This applies to payment and logistics. We saw that the thermal complex can be entered through the second floor of the hotel. We took everything we needed and went. When we arrived, the girl said that the lockers for storing clothes are not designed for hotel guests, and therefore it is necessary to come to the thermal complex already changed into robes and flip-flops. We had to go back. In 5 minutes we arrived as expected, but it turned out that we had to pay somewhere else at the reception. And here we are in bathing suits, robes and slippers, we felt that we would organize our steam room right here in a heated atmosphere. Thanks to the girl Alena, she seems to be an employee of the gym, she organized the payment, brought bracelets and towels, and the best thing is that she kindly communicated with us. I express my deep gratitude to her, I think she deserved a bonus, since it was she who smoothed out our first impression of the complex. Therefore, it is necessary to write on the door on the second floor that payment is at the reception, and you need to come in swimsuits, or at the reception upon check-in talk about paying for the SPA and the features with lockers, or organize payment on the second floor for hotel guests, or credit the payment to the room, and when checking out, guests will pay for visiting the thermal complex, and the last option is to close the door and remove the information that you can enter the thermal complex through the second floor, and add lockers for visitors to the hotel. I really liked the food at breakfast, which is from 6:30 to 11:00. Large selection, there is everything: cheesecakes, croissants, scrambled eggs, sausages, meat, fish, porridge, vegetables, fruits, cakes for children, coffee, various fruit drinks, juices, etc. Tasty and there was enough for everyone. In general, we liked our romantic space journey. The hotel is quite suitable for a comfortable stay.
