Cheap and fair
The opposite of a Hotel experience. I was there for a week and the staff is just not used to anyone who is not Brazilian. I was told off the bat, that anyone without a certain Brazilian document, would not be able to book the hotel. I had a reservation through Expedia and they wanted a Brazilian document to complete my booking, even though I had already paid for it. I speak portuguese, so I understand that they might think that I might have Brazilian documents. I just think that a hotel concierge should be trained to welcome and not to turn away. Literally stayed in all the hotels in this city already and this is the newest and worst (in my opinion). I would say to find an alternative by the way things went with me but the hotel is ok. Quiet and rooms are spacious.
