Was a good experience to stay here. Their hospitality is good. Breakfast starts from 6am-10am and they offer many varieties of foods such as traditional and Western food so everyone can have it. From the bread, fruit, salad, main dish, and complimentary they’re all good

Room is good, however the pillow and bed seems old and colored. The breakfast is so-so but well for ibis style, however the service in the restaurant services need to be more proactive. I was sitting down near noodle station waiting for my noodle to be ready, but no one approaches me to tell me that the food is ready, hence the noodle seems bloated. The rest is so typical for ibis style. Thanks

My room was unavailable despite my delayed arrival. Had to wait 1 hour wait before a room was available after following-up twice. Fortunately, they did a guest recovery when I was about to check out: a cake sent to my room, personal apologies, and they allowed late check-out beyond 1pm, but only after I tried twice via front desk (personally and via phone call). I really had high expectations from the Ibis Properties and despite the guest recovery, I am still very disappointed cause I actually booked and cancelled 3 other hotels but decided "maybe Ibis Styles would give me the best value for money". I hope that the lack of empathy from the staff when guests are inconvenienced would improve and that guest recovery would be hotel-driven, not guest driven! I will definitely think twice about booking in Ibis Properties in the future. Also, the card-elevator has a special tapping method. I suggest stationing someone by the elevator to demo to guests -- many guests couldn't figure it out!
