This is a beautifully decorated budget luxury hotel on the outskirts of Mysore, next to a Railway gate. Even their basic room was great for two of us, extremely well maintained, service was too notch. Plenty of parking, not so much walking area within the hotel premise. Breakfast was decent, will be better if they provide whole fruits and fresh fruit juices options. City center is about 7-8km and easily accessible if you have a car to roam around. We liked the calmness around this area and the welcoming behaviour at the reception.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish exceeding my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a night out. I stayed at the hotel with my family and I’m giving a 5-star rating mainly because of the clean room and bathroom. I had a small regret initially as I didn’t like the first room given to me on the 2nd floor. When I first requested a room change, I was told there were no vacant rooms, and I felt the customer service wasn’t great. But when I asked again, you quickly arranged a twin bed room for me on the 3rd floor, which I really appreciated. That quick support made a big difference, and I was fully satisfied with the service. Valet parking was available, and the security staff gave a warm welcome. Room service was very helpful and responsive whenever I needed anything. The buffet breakfast had limited items, but it was decent. The rooftop pool had a nice ambiance, and there’s also a play area for children, which was a plus. The room service was excellent — they responded quickly to all my needs. Honestly, I don’t know how to explain my experience in words — the staff were truly excellent. Thank you for the great experience. I hope you will continue your excellent service in the future when I visit again.
