When we checked in, our rooms AC was not working. They were, however, able to find us another room with no problems. It was very clean overall and the staff was so nice. The breakfast was included and was very good. The location of Nagold in the middle of the Black Forest is beautifully situated. It's a small picturesque town with beautiful buildings and good restaurants. The river that flows through it is so peaceful, and the spring water that flows from the taps is super clean and fresh as well as tasty. Loved the entire experience, and i highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms are clean and good but no glasses or cups provided for drinking. No coffee in room. No lift access for some rooms. Broken shower handle in bathroom. Good breakfast and very friendly and polite staff.
Very clean and efficient. Excellent service. Breakfast was well presented with a nice variety of food. Free coffee and tea service all day was much appreciated and an unexpected bonus. Our only dislike wss a lack of privacy in the toilet. Glass doors didn't offer the private atmosphere we prefer even as s married couple. I would still highly recommend this hotel.
