Nice hotel 🏨 for staying here for one or two nights. From my perspective guys. Room was not so clean that I expected. And some strange smell from the bath. My room was 306. Old and overused carpet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also nice
We recently stayed at Ibis Styles Roma EUR with our family (2 adults, 2 children). The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which we found to be quite a distance. However, there's a supermarket with free parking just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is also conveniently located about a 25-minute drive from the airport. While the hotel offers paid internal parking, we found plenty of free parking slots available right next to the hotel. Our room, unfortunately, was quite dusty upon arrival. The air conditioner initially wasn't performing well, but it improved significantly after a staff member cleaned the filter. The room felt small for a family of four, though the beds and pillows were comfortable. We also noticed there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a convenient addition. The breakfast selection was very limited, and all the bakery items were cold. Also found it inconvenient that there was no water cooler available to refill fresh water. A nice touch was the welcome drink provided at the bar, which we very much enjoyed.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor experience at reception and bad room conditions I stayed at Ibis Styles Roma Eur and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. The manager was especially arrogant and showed no willingness to assist or resolve any issue. The room itself had serious problems. The bathtub had a strong, unpleasant smell — like sewage. The minibar fridge didn’t work at all, it wouldn’t cool anything, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Also, be very careful when booking: even if you reserve a double room, make sure to explicitly include your companion in the reservation. In my case, they tried to charge extra for my wife at check-in, despite having booked a matrimonial room. I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning.
