Not sure how high people’s expectations are but as far as a chain hotel goes it was great. Lovely staff and a 24 hour reception so I’d you de use to stay out late no worries. Rooms were spotless with lovely private bathrooms. They will keep your luggage behind reception on checkout day. Yes it’s outside the city but there’s a metro on a 5 min bus away that runs till 11:30 and if not you can get buses back
So many bad comments, which I do not agree with at all. The hotel was not that bad, just a decent hotel with clean rooms and bathroom, clean sheets and towels that were changed every day. The staff was also friendly. It is located outside the city, but the metro station is very close, and you can reach the city center and all interesting locations in 20 minutes, which is very important. The noise and the car show are on Friday evenings, but they last two hours until 12:00, not all night, so you have time to sleep. I personally had no problem with it. Honestly, it's not 4 stars, it's more like 3, but it's still decent.
One star to room bc it was super outdated, ugly overall. Bathroom has mold. Staff super friendly. Location gets 2 stars just bc there is a metro station close and next to mall. Another guest was robbed a backpack in plain sight during breakfast.
