As the owner of Rating Matters and a professional expert in hospitality and gastronomy, I visit a different hotel, restaurant, or café daily to assess service quality. I recently visited the rooftop restaurant at Ibis and was pleasantly surprised by the professional hospitality of an employee named Muhidin. I shared constructive feedback with him, which he appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience—ideal for meetings, with good food and a fantastic view. Advice for Management: Work on increasing reviews for your rooftop restaurant—it’s underrated. Also, consider improving its branding; after two hours there, I still don’t know the restaurant’s name. The hotel has a different concept, the staff is generally friendly, the parking is free, it is very nice, the make-up mirror is positioned a little higher, so my wife had a hard time, I think the light in the part where the make-up mirror is is not enough. The hotel is not in a very central location, especially to go to Bascarsi you have to drive 20 minutes. However, we were generally very pleased.
