The location is great for an early flight. The staff are professional and they seem well trained. I stayed here twice and was not disappointed. The rooms are ok but could do with better soundproofing. Lovely saltwater pool too. The restaurant is average The spa service is worth a visit, the facial refresh was great. There is a free shuttle service to KLIA 1 and 2 There is a shopping mall about 3KM from the hotel.
Hotel is situated around a 10 minute drive from the airport. The facilities were modern and clean. The hotel sports a large, warm, shallow pool (1.4m deep) which was nice and quiet during our stay. Food menu was small, but decent. Rooms were clean, fresh, bed comfy and spacious. Only issue was the room, our room was right next to an entry/exit into the building and we could constantly hear the door opening and closing from inside our room. Be worth discussing this prior to booking. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
Clean, comfortable & convenient, but lacking human touch. We stayed twice at this hotel near the airport for one night before a flight, and for that purpose, it was a good choice. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle, which ran smoothly and on time but not frequently, so we could only use it once. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool is lovely and the breakfast buffet was great (½ price if you pay for it at the hotel vs having it included in your booking). However, there’s nowhere to sit and relax outside your room unless you go to the pool area. It felt more like a transit station. And just like many other places in Malaysia, the staff lacked warmth and basic courtesy. There was little to no eye contact or conversation, and interactions felt very task-oriented. At the restaurant, ordering via QR code felt like guests were being intentionally avoided. Several times, staff would take plates while we were still eating, mid-conversation, or even if we stepped away for a minute. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stop close to the airport, this hotel does the job. Just don’t expect much in terms of hospitality or human connection. Nobody will ask you about your stay or wish you a nice day.
