Service excellent and enjoy stay at ibis Styles BSD city. All the food tastes good and there are many variations. Cutlery is also clean. Comfortable room and fresh. Ideal for family holidays. All staff are very friendly and helpful, i would like to thank Ms Risa and Mr Dayat for best service during breakfast.

The room itself was not only clean but also well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, showing great attention to detail in terms of completeness and convenience. Breakfast was another highlight — the variety of menu options was impressive, and everything I tried was delicious, making mornings something to look forward to. The staff were exceptionally kind and communicative, always ready to assist and ensuring that guests felt well taken care of. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better, with easy access to key spots around BSD City. The price point is also highly affordable, especially considering the quality and amenities provided. On top of that, the hotel offers plenty of activities, making it easy to enjoy your time without even leaving the property. Overall, Ibis Styles Serpong BSD City delivers an excellent balance of comfort, hospitality, and value for money, making it a place I’d gladly return to.
I stayed at i is Style BSD and overall, it was an okay experience. The location is convenient, especially if you’re around BSD for work or events. The room was fairly clean and had a simple, modern design. Bed and linens were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The AC worked well and kept the room cool throughout my stay. However, the bathroom could use a bit of improvement. The shower gel pump was not functioning properly, which made it frustrating during showers. Water pressure was decent, but not great. Staff was friendly, though I didn’t interact with them much. In general, it’s suitable for a short and basic stay, and the food was nice. Quite the variety
