ibis Styles Tbilisi Center

We were truly very happy with our stay at the hotel! The room’s colors and decor were so tasteful — it felt both modern and cozy. We honestly felt right at home. The hotel’s location was also super central, which made it really easy to get around and explore the area. We also felt completely safe throughout our stay — the hotel had a calm, secure atmosphere that gave us real peace of mind. All the facilities were great: clean, comfortable, quiet… everything was thoughtfully arranged. My sister and I absolutely loved staying here. We rested well and made lovely memories. It’s definitely a place we’d choose again. Thank you for everything Ibis! 🌿✨

We stayed at the Ibis Tbilisi Hotel and spent 4 nights. The location of the hotel is the highlight. The staff is welcoming and friendly, especially one named Tamara. There was a free coffee machine in the lobby for hotel guests, which was great. The rooms are clean, but there is no closet for clothes, there are only open shelves, which didn't bother us that much. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a reservation at this hotel (arriving in the next 72 hours) and enquired about an early check-in, as I arrive in Tbilisi at around 7am. I received no reply for 24 hours, followed by a very short email 'Depends on availability and it is half the daily rate' ... so... do you not have access to the booking system that contains that information? Can't you tell me if you have availability? And what is the rate? I then politely reply to ask if there is any availability I would be happy to pay - to which I get the reply 'you can book the night before'. It's still not clear to me whether that means I can book early check-in the night before I arrive, or if they expect me to pay for the night before I arrive too? Absolutely no information on how to do that, or how much it would be. Presumably that would be too much work. I've been to Tbilisi many times, early hours arrivals are really common. Everywhere else I've stayed has been really helpful arranging an early check-in and communicating if it's likely to be possible in advance of travel. This place sends rude and unclear one sentence emails. They might as well have just said 'I can't be bothered to help you'. Anyway, I couldn't amend my booking, but I could claim a full refund, so I have because it seems staff are rude and can’t be bothered to help guests. I'll stay somewhere else.
