We had a great time at the Ibis. It´s centrally located in a safe place, and we were able to get in quickly. We will be back. Including breakfast would make it even better, because the breakfast buffet is awesome!
The hotel is nice and modern but the rooms are small compared to other hotels. It is well located—close to everywhere indeed. The only thing I have to say is that the reception personnel seems unhappy to work there. Nobody smiles and do not make you feel welcome. Food and food service is great!
Arrived on July 16th at about 2pm. Long time to check in. Staff (all girls) had to figure out something between my American and Peruvian passport. Probably took about 15 mins. Annoying. The staff weren’t very welcoming. Didn’t smile. Looks like they hated their jobs and it made me uncomfortable. Location is okay. Rooms were small and layout is weird. Refrigerator wasn’t cold and shower was inconsistent between hot and cold. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
