A small hotel with world-class personnel. My wife and I stayed at the hotel in June. This is important to mention because it had a positive impact on the number of guests — the hotel wasn’t overcrowded. We had no trouble finding a table at the restaurant or bar. As for the best spots by the pool, the sea, or on the canopy beds, these did need to be reserved early in the morning. The rooms vary, but all are nice and clean. There are many swim-up and private pool options. The hotel is focused on peaceful rest and relaxation. The hotel’s beach is narrow, quiet, and private — this is a big positive. The food was very tasty. Breakfasts offer the classic options you'd find in other hotels, but lunch and dinner were outstanding. It’s clear that the staff prioritize quality over quantity. The hotel’s greatest asset is undoubtedly its staff. EVERYONE is very professional, helpful, friendly, and kind. The combination of an intimate hotel, a charming beach, and an amazing team made our trip to Corfu a truly wonderful experience that I will always remember warmly.
The hotel is not quite at a 5-star standard. The room itself was comfortable, but the air conditioning behaved oddly — there seemed to be a source of warm air inside the room. Housekeeping staff were friendly and did their best, but some areas (like the toilet) could benefit from a deeper cleaning. We also had an issue with the toilet paper, which needed to be replaced upon request. In the restaurant, the food selection was very repetitive. Although the website mentions vegetarian options, in practice this meant a few dishes without meat/ fish, but very limited vegetarian protein (mainly cheese). Drinks were machine-served, with no fresh juices or non-industrialized alternatives. Desserts included ice cream and cakes, but the ice cream was overly sweet and artificial-tasting, and the cakes were either very sweet or quite dry. Fruit was available but sometimes past its best. We were glad to have stayed only a few days, as the limited variety became monotonous. There were no organized activities or entertainment to make the stay more engaging. One of the biggest challenges for us was that smoking was allowed in many areas. As we were traveling with a baby, it was uncomfortable to pass near smoking guests — even employees smoked near the ramp, which made it difficult to avoid the smell.
Just got back from here this Hotel is definitely NOT a 5 star more like a 3. This hotel is NOT for the British. Breakfast Ok, Mid day meal, so so, Evening meal forget it. Drinks are poor quality. Hotel is clean and quiet
