IC Hotels Green Palace Kids Concept

We truly enjoyed everything, from the kids' club to the night shows for adults. All the staff are amazing, kind, talented, and hardworking people. Our kids loved the hotel as soon as we entered. The food is amazing, and both kids and adults can enjoy unlimited ice creams and drinks. We loved the pool with warm water, and they also had water activities for adults. The kids' dance show was fantastic, and every night, the animators entertained the children. Everything at the hotel was amazing.

We spent four nights at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful with plenty of greenery and the beach is just a short walk away. The food was excellen and the animation team was fantastic. However, the rooms feel a bit outdated and we found the night program to be somewhat repetitive. Every evening there is a dance at 9:30 followed by a live show at 10 in the theater. It would have been more enjoyable if there were a variety of shows each night instead of the same dance routine each night. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend the resort, but some variety in evening entertainment would enhance the experience.

The water slides, the swimming pool, the food the seaside and the kids club are all awesome! I'd give them five stars. Especially the kids club. You can leave your kids there and they can do lots of activities. It's super cool. The staff at the kids club all speak good English, so there's no problem communicating with the kids, and all the staffs in kids club are so nice, kids all feel comfortable. The water slides and swimming pool are also great, kids always spend a lot of times in the water. You can grab any drinks and ice creams you want kids are so happy with this. The only problem is the hotel room is a little bit old.
