Highly Recommend! This hotel is absolutely fantastic – they truly thought of everything! The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Seriously, the food here is the best I've ever had at a hotel. Every meal was an absolute delight. My only minor suggestion, and this is something I hear from a lot of travelers, is about the paper straws. They really do fall apart quickly, which can be frustrating. Bringing back plastic straws would honestly be a welcome change for many EU tourists. On a different note, in the spirit of sustainability, it would be a wonderful idea to set up a "lost and found" box specifically for toys. This could also be a place where departing guests could leave toys for other children to enjoy. It's a great way to reduce waste and bring a smile to little ones!

I attended yoga classes almost every day with Sevcan at the IC Hotel, and it was one of the highlights of my stay. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Her sessions are both relaxing and energizing — a perfect way to start the day. Especially after a busy day caring for a child, taking 30–40 minutes for her fitness yoga made such a difference. I highly recommend joining her classes when you visit — it’s the best way to relax and recharge.

We love this hotel. Entertainment staff and shows are perfect. And the food are brilliant, the cleaners do a very good job. The clothes shop is perfect with lots of Great stuff to buy. Love the cocktails and bar staff are very friendly. The whole complex is very enjoyable. Great water park area and quiet pool. Not the first time we have been here and will be coming again next year and the year after.
