Iceland Parliament Hotel Curio Collection By Hilton

Had a great 3 night stay in April. Fantastic location to walk around and explore the centre of Reykjavik. Close proximity to bus stop for travel to/from airport and for excursion pick ups. We arrived at 9am as we had an early flight and planned to drop bags off but were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and staff were very friendly. We also used the spa which was very relaxing. Would definitely consider returning!

The location is centrally located to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The check in process was very quick. We arrived on a 6:25am flight from the US and were able to store our luggage for the day as we explored the city. They notified us when our room was ready. The restaurant on site was fantastic for dinner, highly recommend. Breakfast was fairly typical hotel buffet breakfast with some made to order options.

The hotel is beautiful and service was great. We enjoyed an excellent meal at the hotel restaurant and were happy to be located so close to everything on foot. Unfortunately, the hotel has no air conditioning. This would not usually be an issue in Reykjavik (at least it hasn't been during previous visits) but it was unseasonably warm during our stay. We tried having the window open with curtains drawn and a fan (provided by staff) going during our stay, however it was still above 25 degrees in our room at all times. I would 100% come back to this hotel, just not in the summer months.
