Ichan Qal'a Premium Class Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are specious and eith everything you need. There is an inside garden were you can sit and a big swimming pool with s lot of chairs and a bar. The breakfastbuffet had a lot of things and there where to man making music on the background on traditional instruments. I would defenitly recommend this hotel. The only little thing was that it was a little further out of the center, but there where restaurants nearby and the hotel had a restaurant. It was a 20 minutes walk to the metro. But if you download the Yandexgo app you can go easily by taxi and with the app they are so cheap.

Beautiful Hotel with Great Service, But a Few Drawbacks Ichan Qala Premium Class Hotel definitely has a lot of charm. The design and decor are beautiful, and the overall ambiance feels luxurious and welcoming. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, which really made a difference. That said, there were a few downsides. The room I stayed in was quite small, and the bed was unfortunately not very comfortable. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, which took away from the otherwise high-end feel of the place. I was also disappointed to find that the pool was completely out of service during my visit,there wasn’t even any water in it. I wish this had been mentioned in advance as it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Despite these issues, the service, aesthetic, and overall atmosphere of the hotel were lovely, and I’d consider giving it another try,hopefully when everything is fully operational.

This is a very nicely decorated hotel and would have been a very comfortable stay if not for the extremely loud, creaking air conditioning units in the rooms that disturb sleep. This was not a one off incident - my friend staying in another room had the exact same problem. Hotel needs to upgrade these systems or lower the price. $250 USD for two nights of subpar sleep is unacceptable.
