Decent rooms, 24h front desk. Charging 500 baht for a lost keycard is excessive.
Service was absolutely unacceptable. We arrived at 9 PM for check-in and were told that, despite the listing on Booking.com stating that pets are allowed, our dog could not enter because he weighs more than 5 kg — and that we should have called ahead... It's a shame they didn't mention on the site that there is a weight limit for pets. It's an absolute disgrace to kick people out at 9 PM and leave them to search for a new place to stay in Bangkok. They may seem friendly at first, but when you actually need them, they will turn their backs on you and be as cold as ice.
Check in was easy and we had to leave a 500 baht deposit which is standard so we did not mind. Went to the room there was a dirty dish in the sink... maybe the maid forgot but it was only 1 dish so we were ok. The bathtub has mould around it. The bed was nice and comfy and the room smelled good. The place is also in a really good location. HOWEVER when we checked out we gave the room key and receipt for the deposit. I waited for them to check the room and make sure everything was OK and it was so they returned my deposit. I thought they had given me a folded 500 baht bill but when I had a better look they had given me half of a 500 baht bill. When I told them this, they accused me of changing the bill and trying to give them half a bill. Not impressed with the scamming staff
