Very good complimentary breakfast, and nice dining experience. Hotel room is pretty good, but bathtub needs to be cleaned because I saw stain and hairs on it.
How is this a resort? We were charged the holiday rate if about NT$7000 per night. For the price I would have expected a hotel with working air conditioning. The hotel didn't turn on the central air conditioning until the 2nd day when I complained. My partner complained that the first room we were given smelled of smoke. It didn't bother me, but the hotel gave us another room. Staff seemed upset that we wanted to drink the juice that had been set out as complimentary. In house entertainment didn't quite work even after a technician came to try to help.
The room was okay. Very typical but needs maintenance. When we stayed the lights couldn’t be turned off. The service was really below average. When checking in the front desk didn’t even bother asking for my name. All he wanted was to booking number from OTA. I asked why he couldn’t just look up by name. After checking in we left for dinner and when we returned the parking lot was blocked by other cars that was doing drive up checkin. After asking if they could help so that we can just get in they refused and made us wait 20 mins so they could finish check in. The breakfast was okay pretty typical.
