This Hotel is amazing: from beginning to end the staff has treated us like royalty. Very attentive and helpful in every possible way. Our (premium) room was silent, comfortable and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the little balcony. The lighting system is a work of art. Best hotel breakfast ever, the staff congratulated my husband on his birthday with a muffin and candle. Also with complementary cava. Sooo sweet! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a 10!

Nice hotel in a good location at a fair price. Good choice if want to stay near the city centre in a quieter location. Feels pretty new and clean, smells good, modern, pleasant staff without being overly warm or nice. Great shower in room and quality products and towels. Good breakfast. 4 stars because I thought the mattress in the twin beds were too soft and uncomfortable as they seem to sink in. Same with pillows. Walls may be thin as I could hear neighbours fighting. Overall very solid option.

I’d love to leave a nice review about the lobby design or the fruit selection at breakfast. However, I think the number one thing when it comes to hotels is sleep quality and this hotel did not deliver. After a late night, I put the do not disturb sign at the door. However, I was awaken by a call from reception asking if I needed the room done or fresh towels which I declined. I was surprised to hear a knock on the door shortly after, that was house keeping asking if I wanted fresh towels. The night before checking out, I asked for a late check-out, I was told it was available and would cost me €50 which I accepted. However, the next morning when I wanted to settle the bill (but not check out) It was obvious the late check-out cost had not been included in the bill. When I pointed it out I was told by the receptionist that they had no note of that. Later when I returned (after regular check-out time) my key didn’t work anymore so I had to ask the same receptionist to correct this. At the end of the day, the location is great if you like the neighbourhood but the service truly isn’t meeting minimum requirements so I wouldn’t recommend it.
