We lived in this hotel for 1 year. Anwar - House Keeping Manager is the best, always available and helps whenever you need. He was very responsive, super caring and respectful. Big respect for him. I think we stayed there that long, because of his support and professionalism

HUGE THANKS TO NANCY! We hosted a 3-day gathering over the Eid holiday, booking 3 function halls and 26 rooms for 120 guests. From the very beginning, Nancy Aclan , the Assistant Sales Director, was nothing short of amazing. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge impact on our entire experience. Even during such a busy holiday period, she went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Thanks to her, everything ran smoothly and our stay was truly enjoyable. Nancy’s dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed—we are deeply grateful and can’t thank her enough. She is a true asset, and we highly recommend working with her!

Seafood was not fresh but tasty. Bilo bilo was okay but needs more coconut milk. Ice tea was very sweet, overpowered the tea taste. Service was good, staff was attentive.
