Icon Park Hotel Chiang Mai

This is a good hotel in a good location. Located at the border of Old City, a lot of places are within walking distance. It’s also close to the night food market. The staff is also very friendly and helpful - especially Mr. Mesa and Ms. Cream. Overall, a good place to stay if it’s your first time in Chiang Mai.

We had a lovely 2 nights here. Fantastic location, 2 minute walk to old town. Bed was massive and really comfy, spotless clean and a window that could open for fresh air. Only complaint was the shower door didn't reach the ground so the water spilled out a bit. We tried to extend our stay but it wasn't available!

The hotel is really situated to attractions. A few walk mins to old town and old temples. It’s also just 5 mons to the night market where you can many local food stalls. At the front of the hotel, you will find the small community mall which has several food chains restaurant and a bar. Be aware that if you are light sleep like me, the music from the bar could disturbing your during your sleep if you go to bed early (10pm). We understand it’s outside thing that they can’t control so it will be more quiet if your room faces to the other side. The view from our balcony is quite nice. We booked family room, it’s very spacious. The mattresses are big and comfortable. The room is quite big so make sure you lower your temperature as it could get too warm during the night. The bathroom is quite big too. The staffs are polite and friendly. If you come by car, there are parking spots for you. Make sure you have informed the front desk that you park a car there. They will ask the license plate.
