Very nice vacation! The pool is amazing!!!! The rooms are nice and clean. The location is very safe. People are friendly.

If you are looking for anything other than Instagram pictures DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this for work for a week and it's been TORTURE. If there was any way I could have gotten out of this hellhole I would have after the first night. The bed is hard as a rock and bows UP in the middle. The pillows are either paper thin or giant and lumpy. There is NO HOT WATER! It only runs luke warm with barely a trickle-so forget a relaxing shower. It's CONSTANT honking literally 24/7 at the intersection that you can clearly hear 35+ stories high. Not to mention the parties in every room and actual fights in the hallways at 12am-3am ...I genuinely hated everything about this entire experience and absolutely encourage anyone actually wanting to relax to definitely book elsewhere.

I’m currently staying here and would never recommend this place to anyone! My room has mold and made me sick. The host is denying that there’s mold and is not helping relocate into a new room. They are also saying it’s not mold it’s dust.. The rooms feel very dirty, smell is horrible like mildew and mold especially when I turn on the heater. This place does not seem to care about the people who are staying here and the rooms are not up to standard. The amenities are very nice but extremely difficult to use bc they require a QR code and registration yet they couldn’t find our names in their system. All the workers I’ve spoken to including the hosts are not helpful at all. There’s no hospitality and the rooms are filthy. Only good thing is location and view.
