ICON Valparaiso Adults Only

This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel, and once again, it completely lived up to (and even surpassed) our expectations. It’s not often that a place keeps improving with each visit, but here, you can really feel the difference, and the credit goes to the incredible team. A big thank you to Carlos, the hotel director, whose leadership and dedication to ongoing improvements are truly noticeable — the atmosphere is relaxed yet professional, and you can feel the positive energy throughout the property. At reception, we were warmly welcomed by Pablo and Isa, who were helpful and were always available with a smile whenever we needed anything. In the restaurant and bar, Federico and Adrian took excellent care of us. Their service was both attentive and friendly, and they made every meal feel special. They’re a real asset to the team. The view, the drinks, and the overall vibe made it the perfect summer getaway. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

My daughter and I had a wonderful week at ICON Valparaiso! Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Their hospitality and customer service were outstanding. It’s a quiet, relaxing place with incredible views. It’s quite remote so needed a car or taxi to go most places so do keep that in mind. Only 1 area I’d suggest improving…hot food. I’d give the food about 3 stars so lots to improve. But otherwise a wonderful place with the most wonderful staff, from the managers on down, that I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of us!

The location is great and the area is beautiful. The hotel is very pretty, the staff has worked very hard to decorate as much as possible. Some of the staff work very hard to ensure everyone has a great stay. The breakfast had great variety, but lacked quality. The fruit, juice shots, and yogurt station were great. The snack and dinner option were severely overpriced for what it was. Overall we had a good stay and the rooms were very comfortable, but I think the stay itself is overpriced for what it is. We had similar stays elsewhere for a much better price. The hotel is delivering a fake luxury experience at the full luxury price. Again, very comfortable and things ran smoothly, but severely overpriced.
