I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful service I received during my stay. Special thanks to Hotel Manager BK. I have known him since 2020, when he was the F&B Manager. Throughout the years, he has consistently shown great responsibility and dedication. During the challenging Covid period, he even helped me with bento delivery orders, thoughtfully arranging out-of-menu dishes to suit my needs. Now, even after his well-deserved promotion, he remains the same humble and dependable person. He personally helped me with my room booking and even arranged a reserved VIP parking space for my convenience. It is rare to see such genuine hospitality sustained over the years, and I truly appreciate it. Also, a special mention for Abu from the F&B team. A young and passionate individual who made every dining experience pleasant and comfortable. His natural hospitality made me feel welcomed and at ease. Thank you both for making my stay memorable. It’s people like you who make guests look forward to returning.

I got married in Bukit Mertajam. I looked for many hotels and finally chose Iconic Hotel. I asked the staff in advance if they could do the photo shoot. They responded super quickly. On the day, they also gave me a surprise and super accommodating and professional service. If you want a clean and high-end event venue, you can choose them.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff named Zue and the bellman for their tremendous help throughout our dinner event. The food was delicious, and the venue was clean and well-maintained. The room we stayed in was also tidy and comfortable. The PA system in the hall was excellent, and all the staff were very cooperative and helpful.
