Extremely unsafe and unprofessional experience – avoid this place at all costs I had a deeply disturbing experience at this property, managed by someone named Paolo. After booking through Booking.com, Paolo cancelled my reservation and demanded cash payment directly, asking me not to involve Booking.com. When I asked for a second room, he again insisted on cash. As this was a business trip, I explained that I needed to pay by card and receive an invoice, which he refused to provide. During our stay, things escalated. While I was away for work, Paolo repeatedly harassed my wife and 14-year-old daughter, approaching and filming them with his phone on multiple occasions. They felt extremely unsafe, and we decided to leave the property earlier than planned. When I tried to pay for the nights we actually stayed, Paolo became aggressive and threatening. He told me he had my private address and that my family “would not be happy” if I didn’t pay what he expected. He said he had connections with police in my hometown – “not the kind ones” – and that I wouldn’t return home safely. He followed us to the car, took pictures of our license plate, and threatened that someone would “meet us on the road.” I was genuinely afraid for our safety. After trying to reason with him, he physically assaulted me, first with a kick to my stomach, then hitting my face. I defended myself using pepper spray and immediately contacted the police, who officially documented the incident. Everything is recorded in camera. Aside from the threats and violence, this property operates with no transparency: hidden fees, no visible pricing for extra services, and made-up charges. This was one of the most frightening and unprofessional experiences I have ever had while traveling. I strongly advise others to avoid this place for your own safety and peace of mind. Every time you want to complain, Paolo hides behind the fact that it is NOT a Hotel.

My experience staying at this hotel was truly disappointing. First of all, the bathroom was leaking. The air conditioning and refrigerator in the room were not cold, making it impossible for us to feel comfortable in the hot weather. Additionally, there were screws on the room floor, which was very dangerous. The internet was also very slow and barely usable. We originally thought this would be an enjoyable vacation, but it turned out that only the pool and gym were free to use; all other facilities, including parking, required additional fees. Even more absurd, we weren’t allowed to eat or drink in the room. The worst part was that we assumed the sauna was included in the room rate, but after just three minutes inside, we were kicked out and charged on our credit card without any explanation or prior notice. Our dining experience at the restaurant was also terrible. The food was bad, and the chef seemed in a hurry to get changed and leave, as if she was rushing to a party. This experience was extremely poor. I will definitely not come back, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS B&B!!! DON’T COME!!!!

The whole thing sucks, not even worth one star. The bathroom leaked and there were screws on the floor of the room. The refrigerator and air conditioner are sucks too, they are not cold at all, and the internet is terrible. Also the restaurant chef in a hurry to get off work and go to a party? The noodles were tasted terrible. Parking costs money, everything costs money.
