Our stay was absolute awesome! The hotel has a beautiful rooftop swimming pool that offers amazing views. There's a nice restaurant with all major cuisines and a well-stocked bar to relax. The food quality is authentic and truly satisfying. Overall, a perfect place to unwind — highly recommended!"

Our stay at Hotel Ida was truly delightful and comfortable. The location, ambiance, and overall vibe of the property added so much charm to our Mussoorie trip. The rooms were well-maintained, and the hotel had a peaceful and cozy feel — just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. But what made our experience even more special was the hospitality during our meals. 🙏 A heartfelt thanks to Abhishek Lingwal, one of the most polite and humble staff members we met. He served us during breakfast and dinner with a constant smile, genuine warmth, and a sense of care that made us feel valued. His respectful attitude, quick service, and pleasant nature really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who serves not just food — but also kindness. Such individuals are the real face of any hotel, and Abhishek made sure our dining experience was as wonderful as the stay itself. Initially the room that was shown to us was not okay.When we insisted we were given another room.Which was good. However most of the rooms don't have a view or you see the buildings. Bathroom can have a soap stand in the bathing area . Each floor has a library. The staff is courteous. The breakfast buffet was small but tasted good. Our chinese dinner was good at the Hotel. Looked slightly overpriced. The library concept at each floor is a great spot in the hotel.
