Idea Hotel Milano San Siro

The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the food is delightful, yet the hotel itself is in dire need of a comprehensive renovation. The promotional images appear to date back to the hotel’s opening day. While our room was satisfactory, numerous signs of wear and tear reveal the property’s deteriorating condition. The smell in the entire hotel results from the wear and tear.

Not a 4-Star Hotel – More Like a 2-Star This hotel is definitely not a 4-star and looks nothing like the pictures advertised. It lacks everything you would expect from a proper 4-star property. Realistically, it feels more like a 2-star hotel. The place was somewhat unkempt and not well maintained, giving it a slightly dirty feel. The breakfast was acceptable, but the lack of cleanliness made it less enjoyable. It’s fine for a quick stopover when traveling through, but nothing more. I would not return under any circumstances.

Not a real 4-star experience – very disappointing and misleading! I booked this hotel expecting a proper 4-star experience, but what I got was completely different. The pictures on the website and Booking.com do NOT match reality. The bathroom was in terrible condition – the ceiling was leaking dirty water, with large brown stains everywhere. The shower was dirty, with mold and broken parts. Nothing felt clean or maintained. The bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on the floor, and the pillow was flat and uncomfortable. There was no proper lighting in the hallway, making it hard to find your room at night. Worst of all, the staff were disrespectful and didn’t care when I tried to report these issues. This hotel seriously misrepresents itself online. I feel completely misled and disappointed. Definitely not worth the price or the 4 stars. Avoid this place!
