Awesome hotel right on the Mediterranean in this beautiful resort town. Resort had everything you could want with excellent food, great service from a friendly staff, and a beautiful pool and beachfront location. We had a central view of the pool and a million dollar view of the ocean. We're from Chicago and were nervous about being in Turkey and unable to speak the language. However, all our concerns were put to rest on the first day as the front desk welcomed us in perfect English and communication was not an issue at all. We enjoyed the night life activities, kids had fun in pool and ocean, and experienced the best of Turkey! This was one of the nicest and most beautiful resorts our family has ever visited and the memories made here will last a lifetime. Great people, great location, and great value you will not be disappointed!
Great hotel. Location is right on the strip with shops out the front. Staff are amazing, friendly, and welcoming. Good variety of food choices to suit all. The only thing that's disappointing are the drinks, but they're not all that bad. Coffee and patisserie are fantastic. Food and snacks are available throughout the day/night at different places (except from 10am-12pm). I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
I have just returned home after spending a week at this hotel with my partner and our 4-month-old baby. Unfortunately, I can confidently say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. To begin with, the customer service was extremely disappointing. One particular member of the bar staff — who appeared to be the main bartender — was consistently rude and dismissive toward guests. He was often seen rolling his eyes, being visibly irritated, and even becoming angry when guests simply ordered drinks. The food quality was very poor. There wasn’t a single meal I genuinely enjoyed. The options were repetitive — mainly chicken served in various sauces — and lacked variety or quality. Soft drinks were flat and watered down, and the juices served at breakfast tasted more like water than actual juice. It was also a struggle to find a table during meal times, and we were repeatedly asked to move due to having a pram. On several occasions, we were seated at the very back of the restaurant and then rushed to vacate the table for other guests. A particularly distressing incident occurred when I was feeding my baby in our room and a member of the housekeeping staff entered without proper notice. Despite asking multiple times for her to return later, she refused to leave and began cleaning the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The pool area was overcrowded to the point of chaos. Guests would run early in the morning to secure sunbeds, and navigating the area with a pram was nearly impossible due to how tightly packed everything was. As our flight was in the evening, we asked if it was possible to keep the room for a few additional hours so we could clean, sterilise, and prepare bottles for our baby. This request was denied, and we were made to vacate the room at 12:00 PM, leaving us to wait in the lobby for over six hours until our airport transfer. We were not offered any support or alternative solutions. When we asked about storing bottles in a fridge, we were repeatedly redirected between reception, guest relations, and the bar staff — ultimately receiving no assistance. At no point did the staff demonstrate any willingness to accommodate our needs as a young family. The lack of basic customer service and consideration was astonishing. Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing. The experience was stressful and unpleasant, especially when traveling with an infant. In my opinion, this hotel is far from deserving of a 5-star rating — a 3 star would be generous, based on the service we received.
