Andżelika, Paulina, Magda, and Monika at the Viva Eden Lago restaurant truly elevated my stay with their exceptional service. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made every dining experience feel personal and special—they remembered small details, offered thoughtful recommendations, and always had a smile, no matter how busy it got. Their energy created a welcoming, almost family-like atmosphere that turned meals into highlights of the day. Meanwhile, Marco, the animator, brought incredible vibrancy to the hotel. His creative activities and infectious enthusiasm got everyone involved, making downtime fun and memorable, especially for families and groups. Together, they transformed a good stay into an unforgettable one, and their dedication deserves recognition!

Hotel located in a very nice place. We really enjoyed staying at Viva Eden Lago . Personel working there is very friendly. Especially polish ladies in the restaurant but really everyone was trying their best and was helpful and cheerful . We enjoyed chats with all of them every day. Marco- responsible for entertainment very nice and friendly person, full of positive energy trying to get people involved in as many activities as possible . We loved shooting, archery, bingo, guessing quizzes etc. Blond lady ( sorry don’t know the name ) doing aqua fit every day at 1.00pm also full of positive energy and involving a lot of people to burn a little bit of calories 😊. Food was nice although we were a little bit disappointed that there were no fresh oranges available. Room was big enough for 4 of us. The basin in the bathroom was blocking a lot though. Our aircon broke down but it was repaired as soon as they could so no problem at all . They did their best to make sure the issue was resolved and that we were happy. Another nice facility is a shower available for after check out time. We were having a flight late in the evening so it was nice to be able to take a shower after a long day before the journey back home. We’re very happy after our stay at viva Eden Lago . We’re hoping to visit you again and meet all these nice people again . There are really a nice employees there trying their best to make sure all guest are happy with their stay there .

I stayed at this hotel during the last week of July 2025. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. We had a room for 3 people, and the sofa was very comfortable. For me, having a hair dryer was a real plus. I have long and thick hair, so your dryer really helped me! My child enjoyed the tennis courts, the gym, trampoline, mini golf, and many other attractions. I appreciate that they were very attentive when someone occupied a sunbed and then left. They would leave a note saying it would be kept for 30 minutes, after which it would be released for another guest. The food is typical of all-inclusive hotels (I personally prefer quality over quantity), but there was something for every taste. There were plenty of fruits. Pancakes and churros at breakfast were not good — please review the recipe. The nearby lake is very nice but attracts a lot of mosquitoes. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. I would also like to mention the bicycle rental service and the free bus offered to guests to get to Alcudia on Sundays and Tuesdays when the market takes place. Thank you as well for the welcome gift. These are small gestures, but they make a big difference! I will definitely return to this hotel.
