Absolutely loved our stay here. The location couldn't be better. The staff are lovely if a bit chaotic. It feels like a family run hotel. I'm coeliac and the gluten free options for breakfast were great. Make sure to ask for the gf bread as not clearly identified that they have it. The rooms are spotless, with very comfortable beds and we couldn't hear a thing from the other rooms or outside noise. On our last morning the receptionist Marilou was extremely helpful making sure I had a gf roll to take to the airport with me. Such kindness 💝

Visited in April for the East Mallorca Cup and am so pleased we chose this hotel. The location is fantastic, really central with easy access to the beach and all of Cala Milors bars, restaurants, shops and the football stadium. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is well maintained and spotless. Decent choice of food and great value for money. We love Cala Millor so will definitely be back.

The hotel itself is nice and the food is decent. However, my low rating is due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist. I approached her to inquire about the possibility of changing our room. She immediately responded that we had paid for that specific room. When I mentioned that we paid the same amount as others in our group who received nicer rooms, she cut me off with a dismissive “NO, NO,” without offering any proper explanation or suggesting I contact the booking platform. Her tone was curt and unprofessional, and I found her attitude unnecessarily hostile. I remained calm, respectful, and polite throughout the conversation—I didn’t raise my voice or show any aggression. Unfortunately, she didn’t extend the same courtesy. She didn’t even acknowledge my point or attempt to understand the situation. I expected a more professional approach.
