Idylle Hotel

I love the location which is next to the tourist destination, metro stop, and shopping center. The staffs were quite helpful, but when we asked for help to order uber, they suggested to use yellow taxi with unreasonable price. Nice room, but the door couldn't close perfectly. The bathroom is quite small. The breakfast menu was okay.

Went in January for a couple of days stay. Arrived at 3-4 in the morning after a 12 hour drive, wasted, got to the room, entered the bathroom, the shower was very dirty, i said ok...had worse situations, changed clothes and got in bed, and when i got in bed, i realised that there was something moving next to me on the sheets, when i looked closer i realised that there were bed bugs in the bed, pulled the sheet from under the bed frame and it was full of them...went to the reception and tried to argue with the guy there but his english was very poor, he basically tried to tell us that the hotel was fully booked and he could not give us another room, then he took us to another room, and on close inspection there were bugs in there as well, and he said ah no problem you sleep here and in the morning the cleaning lady comes and sprays for bugs and it is all good....basically trying to trick us into staying ther as if it was ok to start with to sleep with bed bugs...got out of there immediately and luckly we found some nice people that helped us in a different place where it was clean. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!! THE PICTURES ARE NOT HOW IT IS, BED BUGS(as if that was not enough) filthy sheets, filthy towels, filthy baths...do it at your own risk but remember, you will bring bugs home and might have to burn your funiture to get rid of them...

********* BED BUG WARNING ************ I stayed at Idylle Hotel from the night of September 21st to the 22nd. At around 3 AM, I woke up to use the bathroom and, upon returning, noticed two bed bugs on my bed and five or six more on the headboard. I caught two bugs using a glass and immediately reported the issue to the night staff. I was informed that no alternative room could be provided due to the hotel being fully booked. Given the severity of the situation and the risk of bed bugs spreading, I had no choice but to leave the room at 4 AM, avoiding even leaving my luggage behind. I could not sleep at all that night. The night staff told me the manager, who could address the issue, would arrive in the morning. When I met the manager, he told me he had no authority to make any decisions, When I asked for a refund, he called his superior, who refused any form of compensation, including a refund. Hotels have a responsibility to ensure their rooms are free from bed bug infestations. In situations like this, where guests are exposed to such conditions, it is standard practice to provide a refund. This hotel does not meet the basic standards of what can be called a hotel, and the management is highly irresponsible regarding the damages their guests experience. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to endure a nightmare
