Awesome location. Nice outside swimming pool with cute playground. Perfect place to escape the summer heat of the city! Staff is amazing: very kind and helpful :)
Recently renovated rooms. Good quality food buffet each day. Spa area is clean and in good order with steam and sauna rooms. Careful of a room with Balcony. The handrails are quote loose.
Lovely hotel. Staff really friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Food was good overall. No issues. Only criticism is that the hotel was too warm but that has been our experience in all the hotels we've been to in Borovets.
