Good location, just outside the highway and quite near to the local train for Florence. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. A lot of value for the money
Decent if you just want to rest for a few hours. Otherwise, the rooms are not clean and there is no control over the heating. Get some food before you get there because there is nothing around and the hotel restaurant is not always open. Do not get the recommended pizza delivery, that’s basically microwaved food.
We were unable to take advantage of our reservation, as the hotel was closed when we arrived and made an effort to receive us with a late check, they informed us of the possibility of check-in until 10 pm, we called and were answered rudely informing us that nothing was done when we arrived at 20:30 as the hotel was already closed and we had to return the next day at 7 in the morning. Very bad hotel, very bad performance! We do not recommend it to anyone, the cheat knows dear as they say! Look for another place to stay, as this type of place has no respect for its customers. And of course not refund the amount, they are only dependent on the money they receive from the reservation, easy money, because the person pays and does not stay. Unfortunate!
