The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Cathedral! It seems like they are currently undergoing renovations, which is great to see. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, providing top-notch service. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're in town for shopping or to explore the city center. Terrible experience. The air conditioning didn’t work — our room stayed at 26°C or hotter for three nights, and staff did absolutely nothing to fix it despite repeated complaints. To make things worse, there was mould in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. The service was indifferent at best. Avoid this place — not worth the money or the discomfort.

IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD. Besides the location and roof top bar there is nothing good about this hotel. The air-conditioned didn't work and it was cooler on the streets of Milan, the shower was had mould and wasn't clean. When we complained to the staff they looked at us with an arrogance of "what do you want us to do about it". I asked for the manager and he wasn't available to speak to. I've been in business for a number of years and I can tell you, if I had a customer complaint about my establishment, I would be on the phone to them straight away to try and rectify the situation, but clearly these guys don't carr for customer service. From our reviews I can see I'm not the only who feels this way.
